Terms & Conditions
By accessing, enrolling, submitting forms, or engaging with Scinext Skills’ programs, systems, or communication channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all students, applicants, partners, and users interacting with Scinext Skills.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact details and opting to receive communication from us, you authorize Scinext Skills to contact you through call, email, SMS, and WhatsApp with program brochures, eligibility guidelines, career pathways, webinars, training updates, and other relevant information to support your enrollment and learning experience.
Your data will be used exclusively for academic, training, and placement-related communication. Your privacy is important to us.
Academic Regulations
Scinext Skills’ academic and training programs are governed by internal academic and operational rules, policies, and compliance frameworks. These may be updated periodically based on industry requirements, regulatory inputs, or internal quality processes.
Scinext Skills may share your basic academic or training-related information with authorized regulatory bodies, training partners, or hiring organizations strictly for academic, compliance, or placement purposes.
Application Fee
All fees, including application or training fees, are subject to revision at the discretion of Scinext Skills without prior notice.
The application fee is non-refundable, unless explicitly stated under a formal written policy.
Enrollment Conditions
By enrolling as a student, the student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Scinext Skills. These currently include general disciplinary rules and regulations relating to examinations, assessments, learning, training, fees, and placements. Please note these may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Institute of Professional Banking. You will be informed of any such changes by the Institute.
In the event that the student is unable to submit the relevant documents supporting/testifying his qualification for the course, the Scinext Skills reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the enrollment with immediate effect without any recourse to the student whatsoever.
Scinext Skills has the right to cancel the admission at any point for any reason whatsoever.
If the student fails to pay the requisite fees in pre-agreed installments within the stipulated time along with the grace period allowed, Scinext Skills stands the right to cancel admission without any liability of refund of fees paid by the student.
Scinext Skills requires the student to maintain at least a 90% attendance record. In the event of a failure, Institute of Professional Banking will not be responsible for providing placements opportunities post-completion of the course.
In the event that any information provided is inaccurate/misrepresented, IScinext Skills reserves the right to cancel the student’s admission without any recourse to the student whatsoever. Scinext Skills will not be liable to refund any paid fees in such as event.
Upon completion of the training, the student will be awarded a completion certificate of the Post-Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking Nexgen Program (PGCRBNP) course.
Student agrees to maintain confidentially of the course content and distributed materials and agrees not to distribute or upload or make available to any individual, voluntarily or involuntarily. This might result in termination of admission.
The institute reserves the right to withhold the passing certificate until the student’s fees have been paid. Scinext Skills also reserves the right to disallow the student from appearing in the scheduled assessments/certifications/examinations. In such an event, placement services will not be offered to the student.
Student clearly agrees that no representations or guarantees have been made by the Scinext Skills towards job placements, salaries, or any other, any discussions or correspondence in this regard are only indicative and do not imply a contractual obligation, the only exception to this is type of course training that is provided.
If any damage to property is attributable to any particular student/s it will be promptly paid by the student for its full replacement value as decided by the Scinext Skills.
IScinext Skills reserves the right to exclude from studies forthwith any student who willfully and persistently neglects his or her academic work to such an extent that there is no reasonable possibility of him or her being regarded as having duly performed the work of the course or being able to proceed to the next stage of the course.
All information provided by the Scinext Skills is deemed to be proprietary and confidential; the student will not disclose or distribute, redistribute, or hold any confidential information or any proprietary information in any form in perpetuity after the completion of the course.
By enrolling, the student agrees to follow all operational policies covering:
Assessment participation
Attendance requirements
Training activities
Conduct and discipline
Fee schedules
Placement rules and eligibility criteria
These terms may be modified by Scinext Skills as needed. Students will be informed of such changes through official communication channels.
Scinext Skills reserves the right to:
Cancel or withdraw admission if mandatory documents are not submitted.
Terminate enrollment if fraud, misrepresentation, or falsified credentials are detected.
Withhold certificates, access, or placement support if fee obligations are not fulfilled.
Attendance & Academic Participation
Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance across sessions, including classroom training, assessments, internships, and industry interactions unless otherwise specified.
Failure to meet attendance or mandatory assessment participation may result in:
Ineligibility for placement assistance
Certificate delay or cancellation
Termination of enrollment
Certification
Upon successful completion of the training program and meeting all academic and administrative requirements, the student will receive a completion certificate issued by Scinext Skills or relevant authorized partner(s).
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All training material—including content, modules, LMS access, downloadable files, assessments, and resources—belongs to Scinext Skills and/or its training partners.
Students agree not to distribute, share, upload, record, duplicate, or resell any content provided during the program. Any violation may result in legal action and immediate cancellation of admission without refund.
Placement Terms
Scinext Skills facilitates employment and internship opportunities based on corporate requirements, candidate performance, eligibility, and regional availability.
By enrolling, the student acknowledges that:
Participation in placement activities depends on meeting training and behavioural standards.
Salary range, job role, employer policies, and joining timelines are controlled by the hiring organization, not by Scinext Skills.
Any placement communication shared during counseling or marketing is indicative and not a legal guarantee.
Code of Conduct
Students must:
Maintain respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and peers.
Follow organizational and campus protocols.
Avoid misconduct, misuse of systems, or damage to property.
Any damage caused by a student will be recovered at full replacement cost.
Scinext Skills reserves the right to suspend or remove any student from training or placement processes for violation of conduct guidelines.
Termination of Enrollment
Enrollment may be cancelled if:
False documents or fraudulent information is detected
Fees remain unpaid beyond due dates
Attendance requirements are not met
Academic misconduct or training disruption is identified
Misuse of intellectual property or confidential material occurs
No refunds will apply in such cases.
Induction and Orientation
All students are required to attend the induction session conducted at the start of the program to understand curriculum flow, training structure, placement policy, and platform access guidelines.
Dispute Clause
Scinext Skills reserves full rights to interpret, enforce, and revise these terms at any time. No objection, dispute, request, modification, or exception related to these terms shall be entertained unless formally approved in writing by authorized management.
Acknowledgement
By proceeding with application, enrollment, or participation in any Scinext Skills program, you confirm acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed above.
On joining the Scinext Skills
On the first day of the batch, an induction session will be conducted to guide the students about the course and its prospects by Customer Service Manager and Banking Trainers.
